Ordering Information

Ordering Online
Ordering online from Pangaya is an easy and secure process. Simply select the item(s) that you want and continue through the checkout and confirmation process. We use the latest encryption technology so you can be sure that your information is secure.

Payment Options
Pangaya accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard via our secure online ordering system.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Arizona. Orders shipped outside of Arizona will not be charged sales tax.

Free Shipping
All orders $75.00 and greater will receive free ground shipping and, based on the destination address, generally take 3-7 business days for delivery. If you need your shipment to arrive sooner, please visit our shipping information chart for all available delivery options.

Coupons
Pangaya will periodically issue limited-time coupons via our customer newsletter and other marketing and advertising vehicles. To redeem a coupon, simply proceed through the standard shopping process and be sure to enter the coupon code during the payment portion of the checkout process.

Gift Certificates
During the checkout process be sure to enter the gift certificate number in the payment section. If your order is less than the total amount of your gift certificate you will maintain an account balance with the remainder. Should the total order amount be more than the value of your gift certificate, you will need to enter credit card information for the balance.

Shipping Information

Order Shipment
Pangaya ships orders from our Arizona distribution center Monday through Friday. Any orders placed during a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.
  • Orders generally ship within one business day.

  • If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email right away.

  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

  • A standard mailing address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • At this time, we are only able to ship to U.S. mailing addresses.

  • All orders greater than $75.00 will receive free ground shipping unless an alternate method of shipment is requested during the checkout process. Expedited shipments will be charged at the rates below.

    Packaging
    We try to use packaging that is environmentally friendly. This includes bio-degradable packing materials and boxes made from recycled materials. We may also re-use standard boxes if they are in good condition.

    Sorry, but at this time we do not ship to addresses outside the United States.



    Returns and Exchanges

    Return Policy

    UPDATED June 20, 2008: Pangaya has announced that we will be closing down operations and have deeply discounted all clothing items on our website. For these reasons, we will no longer be accepting returns and all sales are final. Please select carefully when ordering.

    Pangaya is committed to the satisfaction of our customers and we make every effort to ensure a positive shopping experience. We stand behind the quality of the products that we sell, however, if for any reason, you are not happy with an item, please return it for a refund. All returns must be in new condition with sales tags attached and in their original wrap. Any items that show wear will not be eligible for a refund.

    *Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original package with tags attached. Returns received after 30 days are only eligible for a store credit.

    *Final Sale items may NOT be returned.



    *Personal care (cosmetics, lotions, etc.) items that have been opened can not be returned.


    Return Process
    Pangaya will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased*. As always, we fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.

    *Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personal care products that have been opened or the seal has been broken.

    Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

    If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following order information with your return:
  • Your name and billing address

  • The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift

  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase

  • The item number of the merchandise, if available
